How Can I Order from Outfacing?

You can:

Go to one of the dealer links on our website to find your local dealer –

We want to support our dealers and it may be cheaper to buy from your local dealer than from us for items and shipping costs.

Buy direct online from www.outfacing.com

Order by email by clicking on the item and it will automatically send us a mail so you can place your order and contact us for payment.

Or you can call us on +34 686130335 Monday-Friday between 9:30am and 4:30pm European time and place your order by telephone.


How Will I Know That You Have Received My Order?

Once you have completed the checkout and payment online at OutFacing, or spoken to us, you will receive an email confirmation receipt & acknowledgement of your order.


How can I Pay ?

We accept Pay Pal and all major credit cards online.

For other payments contact us to place order by email or phone:

You may pay us by bank transfer in UK Pounds Sterling or Euros to our UK bank account (fees paid by you - goods dispatched on receipt of confirmation from you).

Although OutFacing dispatch is based in Spain we are in fact a legally registered UK Limited company and therefore we can only accept personal UK Pounds Sterling cheques paid direct into our UK bank account.
We can also accept cash paid directly into our UK bank account.

When will my Packages Arrive?

All orders for items held in stock placed during our opening hours will be posted on the same day or the next morning, monday to friday.
Any weekend or holiday orders will posted the next working day

For UK, Mainland European and All Other areas orders, all packages are sent by certified registered post from Spain and take between 7-10 working days (allow up to 14 days from date of order).

The delivery address must be an address that can accept registered “to be signed for” deliveries.


Should you require faster delivery please contact us before ordering to check for prices and availability for alterantive shipping.

What if my Package Does not Turn up at the Specified Address?

You must provide an adddress where delivery can be signed for, if you won't be at home when the posman comes give an address where you or someone can receive the registered post item for you.

If a package is lost in transit, and it is a postal error we will replace your order at no charge to you and appologise for the delay and hassle.

But if your package gets delivered to the correct delivery address and is signed for, there is nothing we can do,  sorry... so in that case we can’t be held responsible for your lost items.

How do you calculate Shipping?


the standard shipping option
For all orders there are pre set calculated delivery charges that apply to each package, depending on the value of your order, this is calculated and applied at the time of checkout.
For orders out of the pre-set areas you may need to contact us before placing your order.
although we are a uk VAT registered business
our dispatch is based in spain in empuriabrava and our shipping
is charged at the registered rate of the spanish correus postal system
by weight and package size up to 30 kilos
if you should order over 30 kilos i will advise you of price and ship by another carrier
if the new shipping paid by you is more than the actual cost of shipping
i will refund the difference to you or add items as you wish.

if you decide to take the no shipping option
- this is for you to collect from us by your arrangement of shipping or courier
and delivery to you is your responsibility after the packages have been collected from us, by your chosen carrier.

should you wish to have the pay later by invoice on delivery option
contact us before you place your order and i will update your dealer status.


Insurance of my Package?

We do not insure your packages other than to register them.
Insurance can be arranged at an additional cost to you if you like.


What is Our OutFacing Refunds and Returns Policy?

We operate an M&S (‘Yes Madame & Certainly Sir ’) policy , which basically means if you don’t like it when you get it you can return it - within reasonable time limits: That being one month (we can only refund up to 60 days maximum from date of payment) to allow time for return and acknowledgement of refund.

Simply return the item to us as new with its original packaging, labels and the receipt. Shipping charges for the return of the goods will be paid by you in the case you just don’t like it.

What if there is a Problem with My Items?

In the remote chance that the item is sub-standard, damaged or incomplete or (ooops) just not what you ordered, simply return it to our dispatch address by registered post, with a written description of the problem and enclose the original packaging, labeling and receipt and we will send you a full refund or replacement upon receipt of the items.

Please contact us first to discuss the shipping for the return of faulty or incorrect goods to ensure the costs will be paid for by us.

What about Damage Caused by my Actions?

In the unfortunate case that your purchased goods have become damaged as a result of accident, or having been obviously badly treated and are returned to us showing obvious signs of wear and tear -

i.e having been washed or machine dried without taking accordance of the care instructions & at high tempuratures.
We will not be responsible for any reimbursment or exchange -
So please read the label carefully!

To Fly or Not to Fly?
Most of our garments have strong stitching and fabrics and high quality detailing and print finishing and are designed to be strong and stand the test of time,  BUT they are not specifically designed for skydiving in and we do not recomend that you do...

However Babylon do test them in the air at sampling stage and many people (including them) do find that many items do survive a good jump or more...

NOTE: If you are asking for your money back in the above circumstances or after the one month time period,
You will then certainly be pushing the realms of freefly to new extremes and going beyond the limits of what is possible,
and you may find your self feeling disappointed and upset with the results of no refund or exchange and a good telling off…
unless its an extremely good story we can dine out on for months, then we will see*

if you would like to order large quantities of any item
- for example over 20 or more of each item
then please contact me before ordering to check stock levels and for prices - they may change according to ordering larger quantities.
