The Shipping News....
Your OutFacing items will be shipped to you from our dispatch base in Empuriabrava, Spain.
They will be posted on the same day or next morning depending on when we receive and process your order.
Shipping costs for the Spanish postal system (Correus) will be applied at the checkout when you process your order.
At present the postal costs are a pre-set charge applied depending on the total amount of your order and destination according to one of 3 postal areas.

(2) In mainland Europe
(3) Everywhere else
The amount charged is based on an average cost for each item to the required destination and includes registered delivery.
They will be packeged and sent in the most economical way with regard to packaging.
We reserve the right to dispatch items according to availability at no extra cost to you and will inform you of any delay of certain items due perhaps to re-ordering of stock for example.
The address given must be an address that a package can be delivered to and signed for on receipt.
Items will take between 7-10 working days to reach you from day of dispatch, so allow 2 weeks from the date of ordering, please contact us if you have not recived your package by then.

We may change the OutFacing shipping system in due course to be more encompassing and to offer more otions, but for now we ensure you that the charges applied are fair and reasonable according to the Spanish postal system (Correus) charges as published on their website www.correus.es
